Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser; similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in the same way. This policy explains which ones www.goldenvisa.com.tr uses and why. In line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority's Guide on Cookie Practices and the EU rules, strictly necessary technologies are used without consent, and all others only with your explicit consent. This policy complements our Privacy Policy.

The strictly necessary entry is never sent to our server and needs no consent, because it is required to respect your choice (KVKK art. 5(2)(ç) and (f) to the extent personal data is involved; in the EEA, the exemption for strictly necessary storage under the ePrivacy rules). We do not use advertising, remarketing or social media tracking cookies.

No Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager script is loaded, and no request is sent to Google, before you click "Accept". When you accept, Google Consent Mode allows analytics storage only; advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation stay denied. Google may process this data outside Türkiye, including in the United States (see section 7 of the Privacy Policy).

• Google Maps: the map on our contact page does not load until you click "Load the map". When you load it, Google receives technical data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies.
• WhatsApp, YouTube and social media buttons are plain links; nothing is loaded from these services until you click, and their own terms apply once you open them.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies with equally visible "Accept" and "Reject" buttons; "Manage preferences" shows each category separately. Rejecting has no effect on how the site works. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of every page; withdrawal stops analytics collection and deletes the _ga cookies our site set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
