These terms apply to the use of the www.goldenvisa.com.tr website (the "Site") operated by Gordion Partners Organizasyon Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi ("Golden Visa Partners"). By using the Site you accept these terms. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and cookies by our Cookie Policy.

The country pages, guides, comparisons, glossary and articles on the Site are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice and do not replace professional advice on your own situation. Reading the Site or writing to us does not by itself create an advisory relationship; that relationship arises only from a written service agreement.

Governments change the investment amounts, fees, timelines and conditions of investment migration programmes often, sometimes without notice. We review official sources regularly and show the last update date on our pages, but we cannot guarantee that every item is complete and current at all times. Before you make a decision, confirm the conditions with the official sources or in writing with us.

The final decision on any citizenship, residence or visa application rests solely with the competent authorities of the country concerned. Because of due diligence, security checks and official discretion, no adviser can guarantee approval; timelines on the Site are averages and indicative.

The cost calculator, eligibility quiz and programme comparison produce indicative estimates. They are not a binding quotation, an eligibility assessment or a commitment. The exact cost is set in writing according to your family, the investment route you choose and the programme rules in force.

The texts, tables, images, logo and design of the Site belong to Golden Visa Partners or its licensors and are protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the page concerned; copying, republishing or commercially using all or a substantial part of the content without permission is prohibited.

You agree to use the Site lawfully; to give accurate information in forms and not to share other people's data without permission; and not to do anything that impairs the security or operation of the Site, overloads it or sends unsolicited submissions through automated means.

The Site links to official bodies, sources and third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media). We have no control over their content, availability or privacy practices.

The Site is provided "as is". Except where liability cannot be limited by law (in particular intent and gross negligence), we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on information on the Site, for interruptions or unavailability of the Site, or for indirect damage. Our liability under a service agreement is governed by that agreement.

We may update these terms when needed; the current date is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes. The mandatory rights of consumers under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and, where applicable, under the law of their country of residence remain unaffected.
