How we research, write and update our guides
Citizenship, residence and property decisions involve large sums and legal deadlines, so you should know how the information on this site is produced: who is responsible for it, where the facts come from, how we use AI tools and what we do when something changes or turns out to be wrong.

Who is responsible for this site
Golden Visa Partners is the brand that Gordion Partners Organizasyon Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi, registered in Istanbul, uses for its investment advisory services. The company's registry details are on our About page.
Editorial responsibility for the site lies with our founder, Burak Ünal, Director of Investment and Immigration Programs. He is a licensed real estate broker in Türkiye (licence No. 3408704) and holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics. Country pages and guides name him as the reviewer, together with the date of the last review.
What we publish, and what it is not
We publish three kinds of content: country and programme pages (the requirements, costs, process and timelines of each residence or citizenship programme), long-form guides such as Invest in Türkiye, and blog articles that answer narrower questions. Our free tools, the cost calculator and the eligibility quiz, give estimates based on the same data.
Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax or immigration advice for your situation, and it does not replace the official rules: governments decide applications and change programmes, sometimes at short notice. Before you commit money, confirm the current rules with us or with a qualified lawyer in the country concerned.
Where our facts come from
We rank sources in the order below and use the highest one available for every figure, deadline and condition. Our guides list their official sources at the end of the page. We do not use forums, social media posts or other firms' marketing as sources.
- Laws, regulations and official gazettes (for Türkiye, for example, the legislation portal mevzuat.gov.tr and the Official Gazette).
- The public bodies that run a programme: ministries, migration authorities, land registries, investment agencies and official programme websites.
- Recognised professional sources, such as law firms and the large audit firms, when no official text is available. We name them, and we treat a single secondary source as unconfirmed.
- Our own practice: what we see in the files we handle, such as typical processing times. We label it as such ("usually", "in our experience") and never present it as a rule or a promise.
How a country page or guide is written and checked
Country pages and guides go through these steps before publication, and again whenever the rules they describe change.
Research
We collect the current rules from the sources above and record the date and source of every figure.
Draft
The page is written in plain language, often with an AI-assisted first draft: requirements, costs, process, risks and what is not guaranteed.
Expert review
Burak Ünal checks the facts and the practical advice before the page is published. The review date is shown on the page.
Automated checks
Before every release, scripts test the site's internal links, page metadata and structured data, so a broken link or a missing date does not reach readers.
Translation
Pages are translated into our other languages, mostly with AI translation. Every language keeps the same facts, figures and sources, and when a fact changes, all language versions are updated together.
Monitoring
We track the dates on which programme rules are due to change, such as a closing date or a new minimum investment, and review the affected pages when those dates arrive.
How we use AI
We use AI writing tools to draft and translate blog articles and to translate pages into our five languages. They work under our written editorial rules: dated figures, citations of official sources, no promises of approval or timelines, and the disclaimers that apply.
Blog articles are produced through an automated pipeline. An AI model writes a draft under these rules, a second AI pass reviews it for factual errors and outdated figures, and automated checks verify links, sources and prohibited promises before publication. Our team then reviews each article, approves its translations and corrects it when needed.
AI tools do not decide what we recommend to a client: advice in a consultation comes from our advisers. Images in new blog articles are stock photographs with our title overlay, not AI-generated pictures of people or properties.
How we keep pages current
Every country page, guide and article shows the date it was last updated. We update a page when a law, regulation or official notice changes a requirement, when a programme opens, closes or changes its minimum, and when a reader or client tells us that something has changed.
Our freshness check flags country pages that have not been reviewed for a long time. Older articles from our previous website remain online for reference; when we find an outdated figure in one of them, we correct it and change its update date.
Corrections
If you think something on this site is wrong or out of date, email contact@goldenvisa.com.tr with the page address and, if you have it, the official source. We check every report against the official source. If the page is wrong, we correct it and update its date.
Independence and how we are paid
No government, programme, developer or bank pays to appear in our guides or to be ranked in them, and our comparisons are not sponsored. We compare Türkiye with other countries and say so when another programme fits a client better.
We are paid by our clients for advisory services. If we would receive a fee or commission from another party involved in a client's transaction, we tell the client in writing before they commit.
Feedback and questions
For questions about a page, topic suggestions or corrections, write to contact@goldenvisa.com.tr, call +90 533 140 04 96 or use our contact form.
We publish client reviews only when we can verify them and the client has agreed to share them. We do not show ratings we cannot source.
FAQ
Is the information on this site legal advice?
No. It is general information, checked against official sources and dated, but it cannot take your circumstances into account. Programmes change and governments decide applications, so confirm the current rules before you commit money.
Do you use AI to write your content?
Yes, to draft and translate blog articles and to translate pages. Drafts follow our editorial rules and pass automated checks, and our team reviews them. Country pages and guides are reviewed by our founder before publication.
How often are pages updated?
When the rules change rather than on a fixed calendar. Every page shows the date of its last update, and we track known deadlines, such as programme closures or new minimum amounts, so that the affected pages are reviewed when those dates arrive.
How do I report an error?
Email contact@goldenvisa.com.tr with the page address and, if possible, the official source. We check the report and, if the page is wrong, correct it and update its date.
Are the client reviews on this site real?
We only publish reviews that we can verify and that the client has agreed to share. Until we have them, we show none rather than placeholders or ratings we cannot source.
Do developers or programmes pay to be featured?
No. No government, programme, developer or bank pays to appear in our guides or comparisons.
Disclaimer: Golden Visa Partners is an investment and immigration advisory firm; it does not provide legal or attorney services. The investment amounts, timelines and program conditions on this page are for general guidance only and, because regulations change quickly, may be out of date. Before making any decision, we recommend consulting current official sources and obtaining independent legal and financial advice.
